摘 要:在现代工业化生产中,焊接作为一种常见且必须使用的制造方式之一,手段和方法也在不断优化。对于现行使用的环卫车辆,钢框架结构是其形成的主要材料,主要起支撑固定的作用,以及确保环卫车辆的质量安全。在设计环卫车辆时,其结构中薄板件的焊接质量直接影响结构的稳固性和安全性。基于此,本文就环卫车辆薄板件焊接变形的原因进行分析,结合结构设计、工艺手段以及其他方面,提出了对环卫车辆薄板件焊接的预防和控制措施。In modern industrial production,welding is one of the common and must-use manufacturing methods,and the means and methods are constantly being optimized.For the currently used sanitation vehicles,the steel frame structure is the main material for its formation,which mainly plays the role of supporting and fixing,as well as ensuring the quality and safety of the sanitation vehicles.When designing a sanitation vehicle,the welding quality of the sheet parts in its structure directly affects the stability and safety of the structure.Based on this condition,this article analyzes the causes of welding deformation of sanitation vehicle sheet parts,and proposes preventive and control measures for sanitation vehicle sheet parts welding in combination with structural design,technological means and other aspects.
