积极心理学视域下高职辅导员职业幸福感的自我提升

摘　　要：积极心理学视域下高职辅导员职业幸福感来源于积极心理情绪。高职辅导员要在从事职业的过程中对“过去”“现在”“未来”产生积极的心理情绪,拥有持久的职业幸福感,关键还在于把握当下:以职业能力增加职业成果,提升对待职业“过去”的幸福体验;以职业素养成就职业心态,提升对待职业“现在”的幸福体验;以职业认同坚定职业追求,提升对待职业“未来”的幸福体验。In the field of positive psychology the higher vocational college counselors get the occupational happiness from positive mental mood.If the higher vocational college counselors want the positive mental mood and lasting professional happiness about the“past”,“now”and“future”in the process of working,they should do from now:enhancing professional skills and achievements to promote the occupational happiness of the“past”,increasing professional quality and attitude to promote the occupational happiness of“now”;insisting professional identity and pursuit to improve the occupational happiness of“future”.
