农业高职院校服务乡村振兴战略问题与路径研究

摘　　要：乡村振兴战略是国家对解决“三农”问题做出的重大战略部署。农业高职院校服务乡村振兴战略是其重要的历史使命和责任,但对乡村振兴战略认识深度不够、服务乡村振兴战略人才支撑度不够、特色不明显等问题制约了其服务乡村振兴的成效,需厘清自身办学定位、完善农业产业链专业群建设、强化师资队伍建设、构建服务乡村振兴战略创新平台,以高效服务乡村振兴战略。Rural Revitalization Strategy is a major strategic deployment made by the state to solve the problems of“agriculture,rural areas and farmers”.It is an important historical mission and responsibility for agricultural higher vocational colleges to serve the rural revitalization strategy.However,the lack of deep understanding of the strategy of rural revitalization,the insufficient support of talents serving the strategy of rural revitalization,and the lack of distinct characteristics restrict its effectiveness in serving the rural revitalization.It is necessary to clarify the orientation of running a school,perfect the construction of specialty group of agricultural industry chain,strengthen the construction of teaching staff,and construct an innovative platform to serve the rural revitalization strategy so as to serve the rural revitalization strategy efficiently.
