摘　　要：介绍知识服务内涵,阐述医学图书馆知识服务框架、路径,提出知识服务保障措施,包括设立数据馆员岗位、挖掘多维数据并提升用户画像精准性、建立健全知识服务影响因素指标体系。The paper introduces the connotation of knowledge service,expounds the framework and service path of knowledge service in medical library,and puts forward the guarantee measures of knowledge service,including setting up the post of data librarian,mining multidimensional data and improving the accuracy of user portrait,and establishing and perfecting the index system of influencing factors of knowledge service.
