摘　　要：立德树人是高校的根本任务和历史使命。高校辅导员是大学生健康成长的指导者和引路人,是大学生思想政治教育工作开展的骨干力量,高校辅导员队伍质量直接关系到高校“立德树人”根本任务的完成。当前,高校辅导员队伍职业忠诚度不高的问题不容忽视。高校思政工作与人才培养的质量直接受到高校辅导员队伍职业忠诚度的影响,建立职业忠诚度高、质量高、水平高的高校辅导员队伍是一个长期的过程,需要系统、全面的规划。建设好辅导员队伍有利于构建和谐校园、和谐社会,是高校完成立德树人根本任务、落实大学生思想政治教育各项任务的有力保障。Moral education is the fundamental and historical mission of colleges and universities.College counselors are the guidance for the healthy growth of college students,and the backbone of college students’ideological and political education.The quality of the counselors in colleges and universities is directly related to the completion of the fundamental task of“moral education”.At present,it is an indisputable fact that the professional loyalty of college counselors is declining.The quality of ideological and political work and talent cultivation in colleges and universities is directly affected by the professional loyalty of college counselors.The construction of college counselors with high professional loyalty,high quality,and high level is a long-term process,which needs systematic and comprehensive planning.Building a team of college counselors is conducive to building a harmonious campus,promoting the construction of a harmonious society,and is a powerful guarantee to complete the fundamental task of moral education and to carry out the tasks of ideological and political education for college students.
