摘 要:针对飞机电气系统与维修教学过程中存在的问题,根据教育部工程人才培养的要求,基于CDIO教育理念对课程进行教学改革的研究和探索,在强化实验室条件的基础上,结合实验讲理论,激发学生的学习热情,培养学生的技术知识和推理能力、个人职业技能和职业道德;基于飞机电气维修工程实际项目的教学改革,让学生以团队的形式分析项目的构思、设计、实施和运作,了解CDIO项目流程,培养团队合作能力和工程系统能力。通过飞机维修相关专业的试点,达到了CDIO理念的能力大纲要求,实现了民航电子电气工程型人才培养的目标。In view of the problems existing in the teaching process of aircraft electrical system and maintenance,according to the requirements of engineering personnel training of the Ministry of education,the teaching reform of course is studied and explored based on the CDIO education concept.On the basis of strengthening the laboratory conditions,combining with the theory of experiment,it can stimulate students’ learning enthusiasm,cultivate their technical knowledge,reasoning ability,personal professional skills,and so on professional ethics.Based on the actual project teaching reform of aircraft electrical maintenance engineering,students can analyze the concept,design,implementation and operation of the project in the form of team, understand the CDIO project process,and cultivate team cooperation ability and engineering system ability.Through the pilot project of aircraft maintenance related specialties,the ability outline requirements of CDIO concept are achieved, and the goal of civil aviation electronic and electrical engineering talents training is realized.
