摘　　要：目的:调查初中生父母体罚与吸烟、饮酒、赌博行为的关系,为初中生危险行为教育及减少体罚提供参考。方法:采用方便取样抽取重庆市某区一所初中的学生1060人开展问卷调查。结果:初中生吸烟、饮酒、赌博行为发生率为5.0%、16.7%、3.5%,父母体罚检出率为49.5%。城市学生、父母婚姻状况不良学生的父母体罚频繁性明显高于农村学生、父母婚姻状况良好学生。女生饮酒率(13.0%)低于男生(20.4%),一年级学生饮酒、赌博率(9.6%、0.9%)低于二三年级学生(16.9%、4.3%,22.9%、5.1%),父母婚姻良好学生的吸烟率(4.1%)低于父母婚姻不良的学生(9.0%)。父母体罚频繁性是中学生吸烟(OR=1.055,95%CI=1.018~1.092)、饮酒(OR=1.030,95%CI=1.004~1.057)、赌博(OR=1.054,95%CI=1.012-1.098)的影响因素。结论:初中生经历父母体罚越频繁,越容易有吸烟、饮酒、赌博行为;在开展危险行为教育时应重视父母体罚的影响,社会、学校、家庭应采取措施降低父母体罚发生率和频繁性。Objective To explore the relationship among junior middle school students’behaviors of smoking,drinking and gambling and their parental corporal punishment,and provide references for risk behavior education and reducing the corporal punishment on middle school students.Methods 1060 students were sampled from a middle school in a district of Chongqing by convenience sampling,and conducted a questionnaire survey.Results The incidence of junior middle school students’behaviors of smoking,drinking and gambling was 5.0%,16.7%and 3.5%,respectively.The detection rate of parental corporal punishment was 49.5%.The frequency of parental corporal punishment on urban students was significantly higher than that of rural students,and that on students whose parents are in bad marital status was significantly higher than those whose parents are in good marital status.The female students’drinking rate(13.0%)was significantly lower than that of male students(20.4%).The freshmen’drinking and gambling rates(9.6%,0.9%)were significantly lower than those of grade two and three(16.9%,4.3%,and 22.9%,5.1%).The smoking rate of students whose parents are in good marital status(4.1%)was significantly lower than that of students whose parents are in bad marital status(9.0%).The frequency of parental corporal punishment was an influencing factor for junior middle school students’behaviors of smoking,drinking and gambling.Conclusion The more frequent the junior middle school students experience of parental corporal punishment,the more smoking,drinking and gambling behaviors they had.It is suggested to pay attention to the influence of parental corporal punishment in risk behavior education,and take measures to reduce the incidence and frequency of corporal punishment.
