摘  要:为解决偏高水分玉米高大平房仓度夏问题,以2020年冬季入仓的水分含量为14.5%和13.6%的新收获玉米为研究对象,综合应用隔热控温、内环流控温、环流熏蒸、机械通内等技术来延缓其品质劣变、减少虫害发生。研究结果表明,2020年11月-2021年1月采取二阶段机械通风降温,可使粮堆平均温度降至5℃,达到冬季蓄冷的目标值。夏秋季利用内环流控温、环流熏蒸,以及次年秋冬季节机械通风等综合技术,玉米水分下降0.2%,脂肪酸值增加2.2 mg/100 g,而且玉米色泽气味正常。综合应用隔热控温、内环流控温、环流熏蒸、机械通内等技术可实现偏高水分玉米高大平房仓储存的安全度夏。For resolving the summer-spending of shelled corn with slight higher moisture,the shelled corns with moisture contents of 14.5%and 13.6%were respectively put into 19#and 17#large warehouses in Pingyuan Grain Storage Depot,Dezhou,China in the winter of 2020 year.During November 2020 to January 2021,two stage mechanical aerations were used to decrease grain bulk temperature,and the average bulk temperatures were decreased to 5℃in both warehouses,attaining the aim of cool storage.The inner circulating control of bulk temperature and circulating fumigation were applied during summer-autumn seasons,and mechanical temperature-decreasing aerations during the autumn-winter in 2021 were carried out in two corn warehouses.The results were that,the moisture content in corn was decreased by 0.2%,free fatty acid value increased by 2.2 mg/100 g,and normal color and flavor was kept in shelled corn,reaching the safe spend summer for shelled corn with slightly high moisture.
