摘  要:地质专业群是由矿产地质勘查、环境地质工程、工程地质勘查等专业组成的旨在培养复合型地质职业高技能人才的一个集合体。对于复合型技能人才的培养,专业群技能课程的教学有效性、教学质量、教学评价等方面就需要探索更有效的途径来实现,结合实际将“翻转课堂”、“学生助教”“校企工学结合”“地质技能大赛”等途径引入实践到地质专业群技能课程教学质量提升中,并实现专业群内赛证融合评价方式,在地质专业群技能课程教学模式、教学评价等方面寻求教学变革并实践应用来提升教学质量。Geological group is a collection of mineral exploration,environmental geological engineering,engineering geological exploration and other majors aiming at cultivating complex geological professional high-skilled personnel.For the cultivation of the skills,talents,professional group of skill course teaching effectiveness and teaching quality,teaching evaluation and so on need to explore a more effective way to do this,the author combined with actual classroom"flip","student assistant"combination between higher vocational colleges and the way such as"geological skills contest"into practice to geological professional group of skill course teaching quality of ascension,In addition,the integrated evaluation method of competition and certificate within the professional group is realized,and the teaching reform and practical application are sought to improve the teaching quality in the teaching mode and teaching evaluation of the geological professional group skill course.
