摘 要:目的探讨巴班斯基最优化理论在ICU新护士规范化培训中的应用效果。方法选取浙江省人民医院ICU 2018年7月至2019年6月的28名新护士归为对照组,实施传统规范化培训模式;选取2019年7月至2020年6月的31名新护士归为试验组,在传统培训模式基础上将巴班斯基最优化教学理论应用到规范化培训中,通过教学内容、教学方法、教学手段以及教学评价方法最优化落实具体培训方案;比较两组护士培训前、后的考核成绩及护理工作能力情况。结果两组护士一般人口学资料、培训前考核成绩和自我能力测试基线一致,实时巴班斯基最优化教学理论培训后,试验组ICU新护士在理论知识、护理操作技能、护理工作能力方面均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义﹙P<0.05﹚。结论巴班斯基最优化教学理论应用于ICU新护士规范化培训中,能有效提高新护士的专业知识、技术操作水平和护理工作能力,提高其岗位胜任力,确保护理质量与护理安全。Objective To explore the application effect of Babanski optimization theory in standardized training of new nurses in ICU.Methods Twenty-eight new nurses from July 2018 to June 2019 in ICU,ICU were selected as the control group and received the traditional standardized training model.Thirty-one new nurses from July 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the experimental group,and the Babanski optimal teaching theory was applied to the standardized training based on the traditional training model.The specific training program was implemented by optimizing the teaching content,teaching methods,teaching means,and teaching evaluation methods.The assessment results and nursing workability before and after training were compared between the two groups of nurses.Results The general demographic data,evaluation results before training,and self-ability test baseline of nurses in the two groups were consistent.After real-time Babanski optimal teaching theory training,the theoretical knowledge,nursing operation skills,and nursing workability of the new ICU nurses in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Babanski optimal teaching theory in standardized training of new nurses in ICU can effectively improve the professional knowledge,technical operation level,and nursing workability of new nurses,improve their post competence,and ensure the nursing quality and nursing safety.
