摘 要:为了能够建立汽车车身结构动力学性能的多维度综合评价方法,文章以车身“点—线—面—体”为评价指标,制定相应的评分规则。利用层次分析法(AHP)确定评价指标的权重,通过模糊综合评价法对具体的试验数据进行多级综合评分。利用该评价方法对3款车身进行系统评分,结果表明:3款车身的系统评分与整车车轴声学灵敏度结果一致;文章建立的综合评价方法能够准确反映出车身结构动力学性能水平。To establish a multi-dimensional comprehensive evaluation method for BIW structural dynamics performance as the goal,the corresponding grading rules are made with the evaluation indexes of“point,line,plane and body”.Analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to determine the weights of evaluation indexes,and multilevel comprehensive evaluation of concrete test data is conducted through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The evaluation method is used to score the three vehicle bodies systematically.The results show that the scoring results of three types of BIW are consistent with the results of vehicle NTF,and the comprehensive scoring method established in this paper can accurately reflect the dynamic performance level of BIW structure.
