摘  要:线控制动系统作为面向2025年智能底盘平台化的重要技术,其中线控制动踏板及其功能安全是实现驾驶员制动意图感知和决策的关键技术。文章介绍了线控制动系统和线控制动踏板的技术发展趋势,通过线控踏板的危害分析和功能安全目标设定,开发了产品的功能安全需求和关键技术要求,为线控制动的新技术研究和线控踏板的设计开发打下基础,也为其他线控底盘技术和功能安全开发提供了借鉴思路。Brake-by-wire system plays an important role in orienting to the platformization of Intelligent Chassis in 2025,of which the brake pedal-by-wire and its functional safety is the critical technology to realize the sense and determination of driver brake intention.The technology development trend of brake-by-wire system and brake pedal-by-wire is introduced,and the functional safety requirements as well as the key technical scheme of the product are developed by conducting hazard analysis and setting functional safety goals,which makes a solid foundation for research on brake-by-wire and the design of brake pedal-by-wire.And it also provides a guidance for other chassis X-by-wire technology and functional safety development.
