摘  要:文章探讨了“双高计划”建设背景下教师职称评聘工作的重要意义,分析了高职院校职称工作存在的三个问题:评审标准不够完善、评审方式不够丰富、聘后管理较弱。提出了“双高计划”建设背景下改进教师职称评聘工作的主要路径:突出以德为先,强化师德师风“第一标准”建设;对标高职教育内涵发展,深化评价体系内容;精准施策,执行分类评价标准;聚焦贡献水平,推动“双高计划”建设;加强职称评审监督,保证公平性;加强聘后管理,保证学校师资队伍稳定发展。This paper discusses the significance of the evaluation and employment of teachers’ professional titles under the background of “double high” construction plan,and analyzes three problems existing in the work of teachers’ professional titles in higher vocational colleges,specifically,the evaluation standard still needs to be improved;the evaluation methods need to be enriched;the post management is weak.This paper puts forward strategies to improve the evaluation and employment of teachers’ professional titles under the background of “double high” construction plan,particularly,stressing the priority of morality and strengthening the construction of the “first standard” of teachers’ morality and style,deepening the content of evaluation system according to connotation,implementing the policy concerned and classification evaluation standards accurately,focusing on the level of contribution and promoting the construction of “double high” plan,strengthening the supervision of professional title evaluation to ensure fairness,and strengthening post employment management to ensure the stable development of school teachers.
