谢良佐的“天理自然”伦理思想探微

摘　　要：谢良佐接引关洛之学,提出了“天理自然”的伦理思想。在理论基础层面,他以“自然”诠释“天理”,强调“天理”的根本性与规定性,避免了荆公新学以“无”言“道”的弊端,这为与“天理”相谐和的“伦理”在现实世界的实行提供了理论依据。在具体践行过程中,出于对“二程”思想的接续与“天理自然”观念的逻辑必然,他提出“以觉言仁”思想,重视直觉体悟,强调在日常细微处去私克己、涵养诚意;同时他清晰地认识到外在礼义的积极作用,主张将外在礼制纳入“内圣”的内涵中来,从而实现由名教束缚向名教自有安乐的转化。其思想总体呈现出自然从容的特点,对后学发展及当代中国伦理规范的重建均有积极的借鉴意义。Xie Liangzuo put forward the ethical thought of“heavenly principles of natural justice”on the basis of quoting Guan School and Luo School.At the theoretical level,he interpreted“heavenly principles”with“nature”.He emphasized the fundamentality and regularity of“heavenly principles”and avoided the disadvantage of Wang Anshi’s New Learning to speaking of the“Way”with“Not-being”,which provided a theoretical basis for the implementation of“ethics”in harmony with“heavenly principles”in the real world.In the process of concrete practice,in order to continue the thoughts of Cheng Hao and Cheng Yi and as the logical result of the concept of“heavenly principles of natural justice”,he advocated“speaking of benevolence with consciousness”,stressed intuition and understanding,and emphasized self-denial and sincerity in the subtleties of daily life.At the same time,he clearly recognized the positive role of external etiquette and righteousness,and advocated bringing the external etiquette system into the connotation of“inner saint”,so as to realize the transformation from the restraint by the Confucian ethical code to being happy with the Confucian ethical code.His thoughts,on the whole,show the characteristics of being natural and calm,and have positive reference significance for the development of later learning and the reconstruction of ethical norms in contemporary China.
