摘　　要：打造“双师”队伍是建设“高水平高职”院校的首要前提,是有效提升高职人才培养质量的关键所在。文章以建设高水平“双师”队伍为目标,从培育“四有”好老师、完善“双师”制度建设、建立结构合理的“双师”队伍、提升“双师”队伍的教育教学与工程实践能力、促进教师合作交流五个方面进行探讨,探索高职院校“双师”队伍建设路径。Building a"double qualified"team is the primary premise of building a"high-level higher vocational"college and the key to effectively improve the quality of higher vocational talent training.Aiming at building a high-level"double qualified"team,this paper discusses the construction path of"double qualified"team in higher vocational colleges from five aspects:cultivating"four haves"good teachers,perfecting the construction of"double qualified"system,establishing a reasonably structured"double qualified"team,improving the education,teaching and engineering practice ability of"double qualified"team,and promoting teachers'cooperation and exchange.
