劳动教育融入高职实习实训课教学摭探

摘　　要：在高职实习实训课教学中,教师要全程贯穿劳动教育,让学生对劳动怀有初心之情,投身到劳动中去,感受劳动带来的快乐,进而培养学生的综合素质,促进学生的全面发展。要优化实习实训教学体系,加强劳动教育与专业教育的融合;加强实习实训过程管理,丰富劳动教育的形式;完善实习实训考核评价体系,确保劳动教育实效;加强实习实训安全教育,强化劳动教育保护;加强实习实训法律法规教育,防范化解劳动风险;加强实习实训师资队伍建设,为劳动实践教育赋能;推动实习实训基地建设,拓宽劳动教育的育人渠道。In the teaching of practice and training course in higher vocational colleges,teachers should run through labor education in the whole process,let students have the original feeling of labor,devote themselves to labor,feel the happiness brought by labor,and then cultivate students'comprehensive quality and promote students'all-round development.We should optimize the practice and training teaching system and strengthen the integration of labor education and professional education;strengthen the management of practice and training process and enrich the forms of labor education;improve the assessment and evaluation system of practice and training to ensure the effectiveness of labor education;strengthen safety education in practice and training,and strengthen labor education and protection;strengthen the education of practice and training laws and regulations to prevent and resolve labor risks;strengthen the construction of practice and training teachers to empower labor practice education;promote the construction of practice and training bases and broaden the educational channels of labor education.
