西帕依固龈液治疗单纯性牙龈炎的临床效果及抑菌情况分析

摘　　要：目的探讨西帕依固龈液治疗单纯性牙龈炎所致出血的效果及抑菌情况。方法按照随机数字表法将2021年1-6月上海市金山区牙病防治所收治的90例单纯性牙龈炎所致出血患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组患者接受口腔洁治术治疗,观察组患者在此基础上接受西帕依固龈液治疗,比较2组患者的治疗效果、药物抑菌情况、菌斑指数(plaque index,PLI)、龈沟出血指数(sulcular bleeding index,SBI)及炎症因子水平。结果治疗2周后,观察组患者治疗总有效率(93.33%)显著高于对照组(77.78%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且无明显不良反应(P>0.05)。细菌培养发现观察组菌落生长情况显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组PLI、SBI得分显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)、C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)等炎症因子水平显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论西帕依固龈液治疗单纯性牙龈炎所致出血患者的治疗效果更佳,抑菌能力和抗炎效应更强,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the curative and antibacterial effects of Xipayi gingival liquid in treatment of simple gingivitis.Methods 90 patients with bleeding caused by simple gingivitis who received treatment in the hospital from January to June 2021 were randomly divided into the observation group(n=45)and the control group(n=45)by the random number table method.The patients in the control group received oral cleaning treatment,while the observation group received Xipayi Guying liquid treatment on the basis of the treatment as received by the control group.Then,comparisons were made in plaque index(PLI),sulcular bleeding index(SBI),treatment effect,inflammatory factors and anti-bacterial status in the patients of the two groups.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),without obvious adverse reactions(P>0.05).The scores of PLI and SBI in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).The levels of inflammatory factors such as TNF-α,IL-6 and CRP in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).Bacterial culture showed that the growth of colonies in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Xipayi Guying liquid is more effective in treatment of patients with simple gingivitis and bleeding,and displays stronger antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects.For this reason,it is worth further clinical promotion.
