摘 要:目的探讨优化教学法在急诊科护理教学中的运用效果。方法对2021年1月~2021年12月急诊科178名护理实习生开展回顾性研究,将其分为A组(n=92)和B组(n=86)。B组接受常规带教模式,A组接受优化教学法带教模式。实习结束时,两组实习生进行理论考核、实践考核、综合考核,将考核成绩及临床带教教学满意度进行对比。结果A组考核成绩、临床带教教学满意度均明显高于B组(P<0.05)。结论将优化教学法应用于急诊科护理教学中,有利于提高教学质量。Objectiv To investigate of the application of optimized teaching method in clinical practice teaching in emergency department.Methods Totally,178 nursing trainees were selected as the objects of study,who received clinical practice teaching in emergency department from January 2021 to December 2021.They were divided into A group(n=92)and B group(n=86).In clinical practice teaching,trainees in the B group received the routine method,while trainees in the A group received the optimized teaching method.The theoretical examination,practical examination,and comprehensive examination were carried out at the end of the internship.Results:Compared with the B group,the scores of the examinees and the satisfaction of clinical practice teaching were obviously improved(P<0.05).Conclusions Using optimized teaching method in clinical practice teaching in emergency department is beneficial to the improvement of teaching quality.
