摘 要:在乡村振兴战略背景下,农村发展面临新的机遇,农村职业教育担负着新的使命,即提升乡村治理能力、培育乡村实用型人才、促进乡村振兴战略推进、加快实现城乡协调发展。同时,我国农村职业教育面临发展定位偏离、管理机构混乱、经费投入不足、师资力量薄弱的困境,难以培养大量服务于农村发展的复合型职业人才,进而不利于乡村振兴的整体推进。对此,需要明晰农村职业教育的发展定位、优化农村职业教育管理体制、建立渠道多元的经费筹措体系、建设高水平、专业化的农村职教师资,推进农村职业教育迈入高质量发展轨道,助力乡村振兴战略的实施。In the context of the rural revitalization strategy,rural development is facing new opportunities.Rural vocational education has a new mission,that is,improving rural governance capabilities,cultivating rural practical talents,promoting rural revitalization strategies,and accelerating the realization of coordinated urban and rural development.At the same time,China's rural vocational education faces the dilemma of deviation in development positioning,chaotic management institutions,insufficient funding,and weak teaching staff,which result in the difficulties in cultivating a large number of compound professional talents serving rural development,and as a result hindering the overall promotion of rural revitalization.In this regard,it is necessary to clarify the development positioning of rural vocational education,optimize the management system of rural vocational education,establish a diversified funding system,build high-level and professional rural vocational teams of teachers,and drive rural vocational education into a high-quality development track to contribute to the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.
