摘 要:依据滚动体大端面和内圈大挡边摩擦理论,分析了滚动体大端面受力情况,建立了故障树.通过目测、试验和表面检测等手段,从五个方面分析了磨损的原因,并对磨损轴承的安全性进行了试验和分析.研究发现:滚动体大端面异常磨损的原因是轴承在运输过程中受异常冲击或振动造成的;短期内该异常磨损不会影响车辆运营,但运用中应实时关注轴承温度,利用轨边声学检测系统(TADS)准确掌握轴承是否运用失效,检修时应密切排查磨损轴承,保证每套轴承在高速运转工况下的运用质量.该结果可为最终用户提供参考,为提高动车组运营的可靠性、降低高速动车组运营的安全风险提供理论依据.After a maintenance cycle of a high-speed electric multiple units(EMU),some axle bearings are scrapped.One of the main problems of the bearing scrap is the abnormal wear on the large end surface of the rolling.According to the friction theory between the large end surface of the rolling and the big rim of the inner ring,the forces of the large end surface of the rolling are analyzed,and the fault tree is established.By means of visual inspection,test and surface inspection,the wear causes are analyzed from five aspects,and the safety of the worn bearing is tested and analyzed.It is found that the abnormal wear of the large end surface of the rolling is caused by the abnormal impact or vibration on the assembled bearing during the transportation process.In a short period,the safety of the vehicle operation is not affected by the abnormal wear,but the bearing temperature should be monitored in real time in the application,and the bearing failure should be accurately captured by the Trackside Acoustic Detection System(TADS).The bearings should be closely checked during maintenance to ensure the service quality of each set of bearing under the condition of high-speed operation.The study is useful for end users to improve the reliability and reduce the safety risk in the operation of high-speed EMU.
