摘 要:针对小型热插拔(SFP+)光传输模块在实际使用中存在测试成本高、不同器件个体差异大的问题,文中提出利用仿真的方法对光传输模块进行仿真测试,从而减少对测试硬件的依赖。针对SFP+光传输模块,选择误码率、眼图以及信号带宽等电特性参数作为衡量传输信号质量的主要参数,调研测试原理,建立测试模型。使用光通信系统仿真软件OptiSystem建立仿真模型,对各参数进行仿真测试,在不同关键设计参数的组合下得出多组测试数据。测试结果表明,光传输模块工作中心波长和光发射机发射功率对传输信号质量的影响最为显著。文中所提方法可以对光传输模块进行仿真测试,得到被测器件的误码率、眼图以及信号带宽,同时在关键设计参数变动后可以及时获得性能参数的反馈信息,使光模块的测试更加便捷。In allusion to the problems of high testing cost and large individual difference among different devices in the actual use of small form-factor pluggable(SFP +) optical transmission modules,the simulation test of optical transmission modules by means of the simulation methods is proposed,thus reducing the dependence on the testing hardware. For the SFP+optical transmission module,the electrical characteristics parameters such as bit error rate(BER),eye diagram and signal bandwidth are selected as the main parameters to measure the quality of transmission signal,the testing principle is researched,and the testing model is established. The simulation software OptiSystem for optical communication system is used to build a simulation model to conduct the simulation testing for each parameter,and obtain multiple groups of testing data under the combination of different key design parameters. The testing results show that the working center wavelength of the optical transmission module and the transmit power of the optical transmitter have obvious influence on the transmission signal quality,the proposed method can perform simulation testing for the optical transmission module,obtain the BER,eye diagram and signal bandwidth of the tested devices,and get the feedback information of performance parameters in time while the key design parameters are changed,which makes the test of optical module more convenient.
