摘　　要：国家继续教育基地是国家为更好实施人才强国战略、推动专业技术人才队伍建设而设立的培养培训高层次、急需紧缺和骨干专业技术人才的服务平台。中南大学在基地建设管理与创新实践基础上,构建高效管理运行机制、打造特色培训品牌、创新培训模式、深化发展研究和成果辐射推广,探索高质量基地发展模式。通过对基地建设发展规划研究、基地培训体系和项目设计、基地建设管理制度体系建设、基地建设管理实施成效等方面的系统梳理和总结,为新时代国家继续教育基地建设与发展提供可借鉴的研究案例。The National Continuing Education Base is a service platform established by the state for training high-level,urgently-needed and backbone professional and technical talents in order to better implement the strategy of making China a talent-strong country and promote the team construction of professional and technical personnel.Based on the base construction management and innovation practice,Central South University has built an efficient management and operation mechanism,created a characteristic training brand,innovated the training mode,deepened development research and achievement spread,and explored the development mode of high-quality base.Through the systematic study and summary of the base construction and development planning,the base training system,the project design,the construction of the base management system,and the implementation effectiveness of the base construction management,it provides a case study that can be used for reference for the construction and development of the national continuing education base in the new era.
