韩国近20年成人教育学研究综述——基于《Andragogy Today》相关文献的分析

摘　　要：韩国成人教育学研究的广泛开展是推动其终身教育和终身学习事业不断深入发展的重要驱动力。运用文献研究法、关键词网络分析法对2001—2020年韩国成人教育学领域的代表性学术杂志《Andragogy Today》所载512篇研究成果进行深入分析,系统梳理近20年来韩国成人教育学在发文数量、研究者、研究对象、研究方法和研究主题等方面的特征,并在此基础上从明确概念界定、厘清学术边界、促进内容多样化、扩大研究群体等四个方面展望未来韩国成人教育学的研究方向,以期对我国成人教育学研究提供一些启示和借鉴。The extensive development of adult pedagogy research in South Korea is an important driving force to promote the continuous and in-depth development of lifelong education and lifelong learning.In this study,512 papers published in“Andragogy Today”,a representative academic journal in the field of adult education in South Korea from 2001 to 2020,were deeply analyzed by literature research method and keyword network analysis method.A systematic review of the characteristics of adult education in South Korea in the past two decades is done in terms of the number of publications,researchers,research objects,research methods and research topics.On this basis,the author looks forward to the future research direction of adult pedagogy in South Korea from four aspects,such as clear definition of concepts,clear academic boundary,diversification of content and expansion of research groups,in order to provide enlightenment and reference for the study of adult pedagogy in China.
