摘 要:以Web of Science(WoS)数据库为数据源,统计了1990—2021年间发表的国外教师能动性研究文献,通过CiteSpace可视化软件,利用知识图谱可视化分析方法,围绕总体研究趋势、研究方法、研究内容及理论视角进行了主题分析,旨在把握国外教师能动性研究现状及发展趋势,为我国教师能动性研究提供借鉴。研究发现,国外教师能动性研究总体呈上升趋势;研究方法多以质性研究为主;集中探讨了教师能动性现状及影响因素;理论视角多聚焦生态学视角、社会文化理论及生命历程理论。基于研究发现,从研究对象、研究方法、研究内容和理论视角等方面,提出了开展我国本土化教师能动性研究的建议。Taking Web of Science database as data source,we conducted a statistical analysis of published international studies of teacher agency from 1990 to 2021.Through CiteSpace visualization software,using knowledge map visualization analysis method,we had a further thematical analysis of these studies in terms of general trends,research methods,research content and theoretical orientation with an intended purpose to gain an overall understanding of international studies of teacher agency and provide insight into domestic studies of teacher agency in China.We found that international studies of teacher agency generally showed an upward trend.International researchers largely adopted qualitative research and mainly focused on the status quo and influencing factors of teacher agency.Moreover,such theoretical perspectives as ecological perspectives,social cultural theories and life courses theories were mostly employed in these studies.Based on the research findings,we put forward some suggestions for domestic studies of teacher agency in China in terms of research object,research method,research content and theoretical perspective.
