摘 要:仪器分析是一门多领域交叉的综合性学科,也是生物学相关专业开展科学研究的关键技术基石。以往生物科学专业的仪器分析实验教学中呈现出诸多问题:轻实验重理论、实验设置欠合理、教学模式僵化、考核方式不完善。通过精选理论教学内容、调整实验项目设置、完善实验考核机制、引入大型仪器平台资源等方法对仪器分析实验教学进行改革,充分调动学生的实验兴趣、提升实践技能,为其日后胜任专业岗位要求夯实基础。As a multidisciplinary and comprehensive subject,Instrumental Analysis plays a significant role in biology research.However,many problems was emerged during experimental course of Instrument Analysis in Bioscience speciality,such as ignoring experiment while valuing theory,inappositing experimental arrangement,rigiding teaching mode,imperfecting appraisal programs.The reform was implemented in order to improve these questions stated above,lots of reform practise were enforced correspondingly,including selecting teaching content elaborately,modifying experiment project,improving the check-up method and importing large-scale equipment into education.The experiment interest and initiative of students were increased and the experiment skill were strengthened also,which could be the fundamental advantage for them to obtain successful employment.
