摘　　要：未来新兴产业和新经济的快速发展对制药工程人才培养提出了新要求。在新工科背景下,结合我校制药工程专业的实际情况,在“以产出为导向、以学生发展为中心”的人才培养理念的指引下,根据社会需求实施专业动态调整战略,通过设计科学、可持续发展的专业课程体系,加强校企协同培养深度,培养学生的创新意识和实践能力,构建“互联网+”形势下的数据化教学模式,从而培养出社会符合度高的制药工程专业人才。The development of new industries and new economy has put forward new requirements for the cultivation of Pharmaceutical Engineering talents.Under the background of new engineering,combined with the actual situation of Pharmaceutical Engineering in our university,and the guidance of the concept of“Out-Come Based Education and Taking the Development of Students as the Center”,we should make professional adjustment according to the needs of society,design a scientific and sustainable professional curriculum system,strengthen the cooperation of school and enterprises,cultivate students'innovative consciousness and practical ability,build data-based teaching mode under the situation of“Internet Plus”,as so to cultivate pharmaceutical engineering professionals with high social compliance.
