摘　　要：教育是儿童持续不断的与环境交互作用的生长过程,这是杜威交互作用思想的核心观点。杜威学校是杜威交互作用思想的实验室,杜威学校基于情感、体验和智慧三个核心特征,践行交互思想,为当前学校育人环境的创设提供了参考:学校应创设“开放式”校园空间、“民主式”校园文化、“联通式”学习氛围,并培养“领袖式”教师团队。Education is the growing process of children's continuous interaction with the environment,which is the core idea of Dewey's interaction thought.Dewey School is the laboratory of Dewey's interaction thought.Dewey school practices the thought of interaction based on the three core characteristics:emotion,experience and wisdom,which provides a reference for the creation of the current school education environment.Schools should create an“open”campus space,“democratic”campus culture,“connected”learning atmosphere,and cultivate a“leadership”teacher team.
