摘　　要：为了扭转由于“重理论、轻实践”教学模式导致的不利局面,培养满足工程教育认证需要及胜任汽车售后技术服务工作的高级应用型人才,对汽车服务工程专业实践性应用型人才培养模式进行了一些尝试和探索,实现了理论和实践的统一,培养了学生的工程素质,全面促进了学生就业能力的提升。To reverse the unfavorable situation caused by the teaching mode of“emphasizing theory but not practice”,and to cultivate senior applied talents who meet the needs of engineering education accreditation,and are capable of working in automotive after-sales technical service,this paper has made some attempts and explorations on the practical applied talents training mode of automotive service engineering majors,which has realized the unification of theory and practice,cultivated the engineering quality of students and comprehensively promoted the enhancement of students’vocational ability.
