“企业进课堂”在《大学生就业指导》实践教学中的应用——以西安翻译学院为例

摘　　要：实践性是大学生就业指导课程教学的突出特征,实践教学的有效实施是保障课程质量和教学效果的关键。本文明确了“企业进课堂”实践教学的背景意义;从确定企业单位、实施形式和主题、课程安排、课堂实施和课后延伸等方面分析了实践教学的组织与实施。研究显示,总体上师生对于企业进课堂的实践教学效果反映较好,还需针对其中存在的不足,从合理优化大班授课形式,选派教师到企业实践锻炼,增强企业讲师教学规范性,注重在“线上+线下”实践教学形式多元化等方面提出改进措施。Being practical is the prominent feature in the teaching of“Employment Guidance for College Students”,and the effective implementation of practical teaching is the key to ensure the teaching quality and its effect.This paper defines the significance to the practical teaching activity“Inviting Enterprises into Class”,and analyzes the organization and implementation of the practical teaching and its feedback;it puts forward diverse countermeasures to optimize the teaching form,to train teaching staff in real business,to standardize inclass teaching mode,and to improve online and offline teaching methods.
