摘 要:创业型大学是推进大学教师学术创业的最佳实践平台。Z大学是创业型大学中国实践的典型案例高校,以其作为个案的调查研究发现,其在战略定位消退期相较于战略强化期反而延续了强化期的学术创业热情与业绩。案例事实表明:大学教师的学术创业属于机会型创业,任何未能转化为大学教师行动自觉的外驱力,都不能有效推进大学教师学术创业。从外部环境建设层面推动学术创业成为大学教师的行动自觉,需要树立创业型科学家典范以激励更多教师突破传统学术范式,改革现有学术奖励方式以加快大学教师职务科技成果转化,推进创业型大学中国实践以培育大学教师的学术创业氛围。Entrepreneurial universities are the best practice platform to promote university faculties to carry out academic entrepreneurship.Z university is a typical entrepreneurial university in China,and the research shows that it has not affected the enthusiasm and performance of university faculties in academic entrepreneurship during its strategic orientation weakening period.This shows that university faculties’academic entrepreneurship is more of an opportunity entrepreneurship,and being an entrepreneur is a consciously planned behavior of university faculties to extend their job responsibilities.From the perspective of external environment construction to promote academic entrepreneurship to become the self-conscious pursuit of university faculties,it is necessary to set up a model of entrepreneurial scientists to encourage more faculties to break through the traditional academic paradigm,reform the existing academic reward methods to speed up the transformation of university faculties’scientific and technological achievements,promote the practice of entrepreneurial universities in China to cultivate the academic entrepreneurial atmosphere of university faculties.
