摘 要:职业本科学位设置是职业本科作为类型教育发展的重要课题。职业本科学位设置应具有高层次技术技能型人才的评价属性,具备职业能力水平的资格属性以及现代职业教育体系的制度属性。当前职业本科学位设置的主要争议是选择将职业本科学位并入专业学位体系保持现有的学术型学位和专业学位"双轨制",还是增设技术学士学位或技能型学士学位形成"三轨制"。职业本科应在明确学位设置类型要义的基础上选择增设职业技术学士学位,并从目录设置、衔接设计和制度保障三个方面进行合理规划,统筹兼顾。Vocational undergraduate degree setting is an important subject for the development of vocational undergraduate education. The vocational undergraduate degree setting should have the evaluation attributes of talents with high-level technical skills, the qualification attributes of the professional ability level and the institutional attributes of the modern vocational education system. The major controversy in the current vocational undergraduate degree setting is whether we should integrate vocational undergraduate degrees into the professional degree system to maintain the existing“dual-track system”of academic and professional degrees, or we should add a technical bachelor’s degree or a skill-based degree to form a“three-track system”. Vocational undergraduate education should choose to add a vocational and technical bachelor degree on the basis of clarifying the essentials of the type of degree setting, make reasonable and overall plans from the three aspects of type setting, connection design and system guarantee.
