摘　　要：目的建立安徽省高校大学生自测健康评定量表(SRHMS V1.0)常模。方法采用多阶段分层抽样方法,在安徽省高等院校范围内选取20所高校共12250名在校大学生为调查对象,结合社会人口学信息、应用自测健康评定量表(SRHMS V1.0)进行调查分析。在分析大学生自测健康评定得分特点的基础上,建立均数常模、百分位常模和划界常模。结果常模样本具有较好的代表性,安徽省高校大学生自测健康评定量表总得分为(73.97±12.97)分。男性大学生总得分和3个子量表得分均高于女性大学生(P<0.05);年级方面,TSH(F=12.234)、PSH(F=10.935)、MSH(F=8.068)和SSH(F=13.575)得分差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。以性别为基础,结合年级建立安徽省高校在校大学生自测健康评定量表总分以及各维度得分的均数常模、百分位常模和划界常模。结论建构了安徽省高校大学生自测健康评定量表常模,为开展我国其他地区大学生健康水平测量及探讨大学生自测健康影响因素提供评价标准和数据支持。Objective To establish Self-rated Health Measurement Scale Version 1.0(SRHMS V1.0)and its norm for college students in Anhui province.Methods A total of 12250 college students from 20 universities in Anhui Province were selected by multi-stage stratified sampling method.SRHMS V1.0 was usedcombined with social demographic information.The mean norm,percentile norm and threshold norm were established on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of self-rated health score.Results The total score of college students in Anhui Province was 73.97±12.97.The total scores of male students and the scores of three subscales were higher than those of female students(P<0.05).The scores of TSH(F=12.234),PSH(F=10.935),MSH(F=8.068)and SSH(F=13.575)were statistically significant(P<0.001).Based on gender and grade,the mean norm,percentile norm and demarcation norm of the total score and the score of each dimension were established.Conclusion The norm of SRHMS V1.0 for college students in Anhui Province is constructed to provide evaluation criteria and data support for the health level measurement of college students in other areas of China and the discussion of influencing factors of self-measured health.
