积极心理学视域下中职生网络利他行为与生活满意感的关系:自我效能感的中介作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨中职生网络利他行为与生活满意感之间的关系,以及自我效能感在两者之间的中介效应。方法:采用网络利他行为问卷、自我效能感量表和生活满意感量表对280名中职生进行调查。结果:(1)网络利他行为、生活满意感与自我效能感均存在显著正相关,相关系数分别为R=0.179,P<0.01以及R=0.356,P<0.01。(2)网络利他行为对生活满意感的预测作用可以通过自我效能感实现,自我效能感在网络利他行为和生活满意感之间起完全中介效应。结论:网络利他行为可以通过提升自我效能感而影响中职生生活满意感。因此,教育工作者通过培养中职生网络利他行为,帮助中职生对自己做出更多正面和积极的评价,减少对自身生活状态的摆脱抱怨与不满,提升个体生活满意度。Objective:To explore the relationship between online altruistic behavior of the secondary vocational students and life satisfaction,as well as the mediating effect of self-efficacy between these 2 aspects.Methods:A total of 280 secondary vocational students were surveyed and we applied online altruistic behavior questionnaires,self-efficacy scale,and life satisfaction scale.Results:(1)There was a significant positive correlations between online altruistic behavior,life satisfaction,and self-efficacy;the correlation coefficients were R=0.179,P<0.01,and R=0.356,P<0.01 respectively.(2)The predictive effect of online altruistic behavior on life satisfaction can be achieved through self-efficacy,and it undertakes a complete mediating effect between online altruistic behavior and life satisfaction.Conclusion:Online altruistic behavior can affect the life satisfaction of secondary vocational students through self-efficacy improvement.Therefore,educators can help the secondary vocational students make more positive and active evaluations,reduce complaints and dissatisfaction with their own living situation,and improve their life satisfaction individually by cultivating their online altruistic behaviors.
