摘　　要：高校心理咨询师是心理咨询服务来访者学生重要的专业性求助对象,自我照顾水平的高低极大关联着高校心理咨询师自身及来访者的利益。研究对高自我照顾水平且经验丰富的高校心理咨询师进行半结构化访谈,基于扎根理论总结出自我照顾特征,包括自我照顾的觉察、认知、方法、挑战/增强、演化、结果六个维度,并结合数据论述了自我照顾的过程,从而为高校心理咨询师自我照顾的培训和干预提供依据。School counselors are important professional help-seekers for students in psychological counseling service.The level of self-care is closely related to the interests of school counselors and their clients.In our study we conducted semi-structured interviews with experienced school counselors with high level of self-care.Based on the grounded theory,after the study we found the core factors of self-care,including six macro factors,namely awareness,cognition,method,challenge/enhancement,evolution and outcome,and then discussed the process of self-care with data.We hope to provide the basis for the training and intervention of school counselors'self-care.
