摘  要:行动学习是一个团队在解决实际问题中边做边学的组织发展技术及流程。将行动学习的理念与方法用于高职教育教学改革,有助于解决学生学习动力不足的现实问题,有助于改善学生的心智模式、培养全脑思维,从而培养学生的综合职业能力。《国家职业教育改革实施方案》提出“三教”改革的任务,青岛职业技术学院旅游学院创新实施基于行动学习的项目教学模式,在学习方式上从单环学习转向双环学习,从单一因素转向多维因素,全面践行“以学习者为中心”的教育理念,培养学生的综合职业能力。The action learning is actually learning by doing,in which students immerse themselves in real-life situations to learn problem-solving skills.Applying the ideas and methods of action learning to teaching reform practice in higher vocational education can be conducive to solving current existing problems in lack of learning motivation and improving students’ mental and thinking models in order to cultivate students’ comprehensive vocational abilities.The Implementation Plan of the National Vocational Education Reform puts forward the task of “three education reform”.The tourism school of Qingdao technical college innovates to apply the teaching modes based on action learning,transforms the learning styles from single-loop learning to double-loop learning,from single factor to diverse factors,and carries out the “learner-centered” education ideas in order to cultivate students’ comprehensive vocational abilities and explore the application practice of “action learning” in higher vocational teaching.
