摘　　要：随着现代医学模式的转变,对医学生人文素质和职业精神的要求不断提高。通过剖析医学人文教育与思想政治教育的关系,提出“以德为基,以文化人,德文交融”的教学理念,紧紧抓住以学生为中心、以岗位胜任力为导向,构建并实施“三仁三维三环三评”思政育人模式,培养专业素养和人文素养兼具的优秀医学人才。With the change of modern medical model,the require-ments of medical students’humanistic quality and professional spirit are constantly improved.Through analyzing the relationship between medical humanities education and ideological and political education,this paper puts forward the teaching philosophy of taking moral education as the foundation and humanistic education as the tool.Focu-sing on students as the center and taking post competence as the guide,a new ideological and political education model of“three benevolence,three dimensions,three links,three evaluations”was proposed and implemented,so as to cultivate excellent medical talents with both professional and humanistic qualities.
