摘  要:对于中医药类高等学校而言,实验教学和创新研究是履行高校职能的重要方式,而实验室是实践职能的重要基地。实验教师是高等学校实验室建设的主力军,是高等学校的重要组成部分。实验教师的职业发展对其个人前景和平台建设均有深远影响。通过对实验教师的职业发展现状进行问卷调查和走访调研,围绕影响职业发展的五方面因素包括工作态度、工作条件、专业能力、考核制度和培训交流进行深入分析,有针对性地提出建议方案,为实验教师的职业发展策略提供参考,从而推动实验平台的发展壮大。For colleges and universities of Chinese medicine,experimental teaching and innovative research are important ways to perform the functions of colleges and universities,and the laboratory is an important base to practice these ways.Experimental teachers are the main force of laboratory construction,and an important part of colleges and universities.The professional development of experimental teachers has a profound impact on their personal prospects and platform construction.Through the questionnaire and interview survey on the current situations of the professional development of experimental teachers,the five factors that affect the professional development,including working attitude,working environment,working ability,assessment system and training exchange,were analyzed.The suggestions for the future of the professional development of experimental teachers were put forward to provide reference strategies,and to promote the development and expansion of the experimental platform.
