摘 要:教师职业法律素养关系到教育质量的高低和教育事业的发展,其重要性不言而喻。通过问卷调查和访谈,从教师职业法律知识、法律观念、法律意识、法律信仰和法律能力等几方面对福建省在岗教师职业法律素养的现状进行分析。结合前期关于教师职业法律素养影响因素的研究结论,提出国家、学校、教师个体层面提升教师职业法律素养的建议,包括国家科学立法、严格执法和监督,学校建立法律考核制度和有效开展教育法律活动,教师个体切实更新观念和积极自主学习等。Teachers'professional legal literacy is related to the quality of education and the development of education,and its importance cannot be overstated.Through questionnaires and interviews,this paper analyzes the current situation of on-the-job teachers'professional legal literacy in Fujian Province from the aspects of teachers'professional legal knowledge,legal concept and consciousness,legal belief and legal ability.Combined with the previous research conclusions on the influencing factors of teachers'professional legal literacy,some suggestions are put forward on improving teachers'professional legal literacy at the national,school and individual levels,such as scientific legislation,strict law enforcement and supervision,the establishment of a legal assessment system and effective educational legal activities in schools.At the same time schools should establish a legal assessment system and effectively carry out educational legal activities.Individual teachers also should take initiative to renew their concepts and study autonomously.
