摘　　要：现阶段对终末期肝病患者的短期、中期死亡率进行预测的方法主要依赖于患者的血液检查指标,通过终末期肝病模型(MELD)进行肝功能分级——“低危”、“中危”和“高危”。考虑到CT影像与肝脏病变有良好的相关性,论文对患者的肝脏CT图像进行分析,提出了一种基于梯度局部三值模式(GLTP)的肝脏CT图像分类的方法。首先,通过对肝脏CT图像进行预处理,提取出大小相同且不包含肿瘤和血管的肝脏感兴趣区域;然后,提取CT图像的GLTP特征,并利用主成分分析法对特征进行降维;最后,采用支持向量机对特征进行分类。为了验证方法的有效性,实验使用江苏省人民医院采集得到的肝脏CT图像进行了肝功能分级实验,结果表明,该方法揭示了MELD肝功能分级与CT影像存在着一定的潜在关系,对于临床诊断有一定的辅助和应用价值。Recently,short-term and medium-term mortality prediction methods for patients with end-stage liver disease mainly rely on the blood test indicators of patients,and liver function classification("low risk","medium risk"and"high risk")is conducted through the model of end-stage liver disease(MELD).Considering the good correlation between Radiomics and liver lesions,this paper analyzes the liver CT images of patients,and proposes a method of liver CT image classification based on gradient local three-value model(GLTP).First,by preprocessing the CT images of the liver,the regions of interest of the liver with the same size and without tumor and blood vessels are extracted.Then,the GLTP features of liver CT images are extracted,and dimensions of the features are reduced by principal component analysis.Finally,a support vector machine is used to classify the features.In order to verify the effectiveness of the method,the liver CT images collected by Jiangsu Provincial People's Hospital are used to perform liver function grading experiments.The results show that the method reveales a potential relationship between MELD liver function grading and CT images.For clinical diagnosis it has certain auxiliary and application value.
