摘  要:文章对6位影子教师进行访谈,聚焦于影子教师在融合教育中承担的职责和遇到的困境,分析了其中原因。研究结果显示,影子教师负责全面支持特殊儿童在校生活、与学校老师合作、与家长定期沟通以及创设学校融合氛围,但工作职责较为繁杂,对影子教师自身要求较高,需求与现实之间存在冲突,工作阻碍较多。应明确影子教师的职责,提高影子教师的准入标准,健全支持体系,规范影子教师发展,为影子教师的工作提供保障。This study interviewed 6 teaching assistants,focusing on the duties and the dilemma encountered in the inclusive education,and analyzing the causes.The results show that the teaching assistants are responsible for fully supporting special children’s school life,working with the school teachers,communicating with parents,and creating school inclusive atmosphere.However,the job responsibilities are more complicated,and the teaching assistants are highly required.There is a conflict between demand and reality.They face more hinders.It should clarify the responsibilities of the teaching assistant and improve the access standards for them.We will improve the support system,standardize the development of teaching assistants,and provide protection for the work of them.
