摘　　要：随着全球经济的发展,大规模零售业在食品监管中发挥的作用日益显著。这些零售商要求他们在世界各地的供应商参与到私人食品管理系统中。本文介绍了占主导地位的跨国零售驱动标准的现状,尤其是企业零售商在全球食品安全监管治理中的作用以及这种治理模式带来的影响。With the development of the global economy,the role of large-scale retail in food supervision has become increasingly important.These retailers require their suppliers around the world to participate in this private food management system.This paper presents the dominant multinational retail-driven standards,with a particular focus on the role of corporate retailers in the regulatory governance of global food safety,and the impact of this governance.
