新疆塔城市大棚出口蔬菜重金属的分布特点及污染评价

摘　　要：为掌握塔城市大棚蔬菜重金属分布情况,确保人们的餐饮安全,本文选择塔城市大棚蔬菜基地7种常见出口蔬菜进行5种重金属监测分析,对15家大棚蔬菜基地常见出口蔬菜的Hg、As、Cr、Pb和Cd 5种重金属进行检测。结果显示,所采蔬菜中Cr的含量最高,但5种重金属含量均符合《食品安全国家标准 食品中污染物限量》(GB 2762—2017)要求。因此,目前塔城市大棚出口蔬菜未受到重金属污染,符合国家相关要求,无健康风险。In order to master the distribution of heavy metals in greenhouse vegetables in Tacheng city and ensure the catering safety of the people,this paper selects 7 kinds of common export vegetables in greenhouse vegetable bases in Tacheng city for 5 kinds of heavy metals monitoring and analysis,and detects 5 kinds of heavy metals Hg,As,Cr,Pb and Cd in common export vegetables in 15 greenhouse vegetable bases.The results showed that the content of Cr in the vegetables was the highest,but the contents of five heavy metals met the requirements of GB 2762—2017.Therefore,at present,the vegetables exported from the greenhouse in Tacheng city are not polluted by heavy metals,meet the relevant national requirements and have no health risks.
