摘  要:目的:研究了婴幼儿配方奶粉中氯霉素、氟甲砜霉素残留的超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography Tandem Mass Spectrometry,UPLC-MS/MS)测定方法。方法:样品经乙酸乙酯提取,正己烷除脂,固相萃取柱净化,以乙腈水作为流动相,通过UPLC,采用多反应检测负离子模式进行定性及定量分析。结果:氯霉素以及氟甲砜霉素的相关系数均大于0.999,氯霉素检出限为0.04 μg/kg,氟甲砜霉素检出限为0.02 μg/kg;氯霉素加标回收率为77.36%~98.18%,RSD为3.97%~9.50%,氟甲砜霉素加标回收率为79.56%~111.22%,RSD为4.70%~11.46%。结论:该方法灵敏度高、准确性好,适用于测定婴幼儿配方奶粉中氯霉素、氟甲砜霉素的残留量。Objective:A method for the determination of chloramphenicol and florfenicol residues in infant formula by UPLC-MS/MS was studied.Method:The sample was extracted with ethyl acetate,degreased with n-hexane and purified by solid phase extraction column,using acetonitrile water as mobile phase,UPLC was performed,and then were qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed byusing the multi-reaction detection negative ion mode.Result:The correlation coefficients of chloramphenicol and thiamphenicol were both greater than 0.999,the detection limit of chloramphenicol was 0.04 μg/kg,and the detection limit of thiamphenicol was 0.02 μg/kg;the recovery of chloramphenicol was 77.36%~98.18%,RSD is 3.97%~9.50%,recovery rate of thiamphenicol spiked is 79.56%~111.22%,RSD is 4.70%~11.46%.Conclusion:The method has high sensitivity and accuracy,and is suitable for the determination of chloramphenicol and florfenicol residues in infant formula.
