摘　　要：医古文是中医药类专业基础课,近几年来,河南中医药大学使用的《医古文》教材有以下3种:普通高等教育“十一五”国家级规划教材、全国中医药行业高等教育“十二五”规划教材、国家卫生和计划生育委员会“十三五”规划教材。在3种《医古文》教材使用过程中,发现注释内容不乏存在有待商榷之处。作者利用文字训诂学和文献学知识,结合传世文献典籍,对其中5处注释提出了不同的意见。Ancient Medical Literature is professional basic course courses of traditional Chinese medicine,in the last few years,there are three kinds of textbooks used by Henan University of traditional Chinese Medicine:“Eleventh Five-Year Plan”National level official textbook of General Higher Education,“Twelve Five-Year Plan”National level official textbook of National higher education in traditional Chinese medicine industry,“Thirteen Five-Year Plan”National level official textbook of National Health and Family Planning Commission.We have found some annotations arguable in Ancient Medical Literature.By the knowledge of philology and commentariology,combined with the ancient books and records,the author intends to discuss five notes on Ancient Medical Literature.
