摘  要:目的探讨基于4F原则的三阶段评价模式对神经外科护理实习生(简称护生)的带教效果。方法以2018年12月-2019年5月广东省中医院神经外科的护生50人为对照组。以2019年6月-2019年11月50人为观察组,观察组采用基于4F原则的三阶段评价模式带教,对照组常规带教。在入科第1天、入科第3周、出科前1天,比较2组护生的个案护理能力及带教质量。结果第一阶段2组护生的身体素质状况、心理状况保持良好,组间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。第二阶段观察组的护理问诊、护理查体、护理诊断、护理措施及组织效能方面的评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。第三阶段观察组护生对教学氛围、教学安排及教学效果的评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用基于4F原则的三阶段评价模式,有助于带教老师评估护生的护理素养并予以针对性教学,建立良好的师生关系。Objective To explore the teaching effect of the three-stage evaluation model based on the 4 F principle in nursing interns of neurosurgery.Methods 50 cases of nursing interns from the department of neurosurgery of Guangdong Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2019 to November 2019 were selected as the observation group,and 50 nursing interns from December 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the control group.The observation group adopted three-stage evaluation model based on the 4 F principle as teaching model for nursing interns,and the control group followed the routine teaching method of the department.The case nursing ability of nursing interns and teaching quality were compared between the two groups on the 1 st d of admission,on the 3 rd w of admission and at 1 d before departure.Results In the first stage,the physical fitness condition and psychological status of the two groups of nursing interns remained good,and there were no statistically significant differences between the groups(P>0.05).In the second stage,the scores of nursing consultation,nursing physical examination,nursing diagnosis,nursing measures and organizational effectiveness in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).In the third stage,the scores of teaching atmosphere,teaching arrangement and teaching effect of nursing interns in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The three-stage evaluation model based on the 4 F principle can be used in the teaching of nursing interns in department of neurosurgery,and it is helpful for the teaching teachers to evaluate the nursing literacy of nursing interns,and to provide targeted teaching and establish a good teacher-student relationship.
