“图情档”一级学科更名的历史回顾与未来展望

摘　　要：图书情报与档案管理一级学科的学科名称和知识体系经历了漫长复杂的调整过程。一级学科更名为“信息资源管理”经历了比较充分的理论与实践准备,虽然不是最好的选择,但更名后有利于学科的进一步发展。一级学科更名之后需要面对和解决的根本问题是学科定位和发展问题,最关键的是本科教育问题。建议学科研究向“信息范式”转移,积极融入信息化事业;重点加强信息资源管理专业建设,增设竞争情报、电子政务本科专业,合并图书馆学、档案学专业为文献信息管理,巩固本科教育基础,扩大专业总体规模。The name and knowledge system of the first level discipline of LIS&Archives Management have undergone a long and complex adjustment.Although not a best choice,renaming the first level discipline Information Resource Management was well prepared theoretically and practically,and it’s conducive to the further development of the discipline.The fundamental problems that must be dealt with and addressed after the renaming of the first level discipline is the orientation and development of the discipline,and the key problem is undergraduate education.It is suggested that the study of the discipline should be shifted to the“information paradigm”,actively integrating into the informationization;the specialty of Information Resources Management should be highlighted,adding new undergraduate majors such as Competitive Intelligence,E-government and merging Library Science with Archival Science into Literature Information Management;the foundation of undergraduate education should be consolidated,thus expanding the overall scale of related majors.
