摘　　要：文章以上海和浙江的公共图书馆为样本,运用实证研究方法探索公共图书馆管理者的领导风格对馆员创造力的影响机制。通过对344份调查问卷的数据分析,结果表明:交易型和变革型领导风格均对馆员创造力具有直接影响效应;内在动机对领导风格与馆员创造力的关系具有部分中介效应;领导-成员交换对领导风格与馆员创造力的关系具有调节作用。Taking the public libraries in Shanghai and Zhejiang Province as samples,and by means of empirical research methods,this paper explores the influence of public library managers’leadership style on librarians’creativity.With an analysis of the data from 344 questionnaires,the results show that transactional and transformational leadership styles have a direct effect on the creativity of librarians;intrinsic motivation has a partial mediating effect on the relationship between leadership styles and the creativity of librarians;the leadermember exchange has a moderating effect on that relationship.
