摘 要:船舶交通服务(VTS)系统在海事监管中广泛应用,雷达是VTS系统中必不可少的助航设备,而内河航道的情况复杂导致雷达目标识别精度较低。针对船舶近岸时与岸线相互干扰致使雷达无法识别船舶目标的问题,文章通过混合高斯背景建模、数学形态学处理、边缘检测等雷达图像处理方法提取近岸船舶轮廓,使船舶与岸线分离,船岸分离准确率达到了80%以上,提高了雷达目标识别率,使船舶在内河复杂航道上的航行更加安全。雷达目标识别率的提升将为雷达在航行避让、船舶定位、狭窄水道引航等的安全性提供保障,可使船舶在内河复杂航道的航行更加安全。The vessel traffic service(VTS)system is widely used in maritime supervision,and radar is an indispensable navigation aid in the VTS system.However,the complex situation of inland waterways leads to the low accuracy of target recognition by radar.As radar cannot recognize a near-shore ship due to the mutual interference between the ship and the shoreline,this paper uses radar image processing methods such as background modeling using the mixture of Gaussians,mathematical morphology processing,and edge detection to extract the outline of the near-shore ship.On this basis,the ship is separated from the shoreline,and the accuracy of separation exceeds 80%.In this way,the target recognition rate of radar is improved,which makes it safer for ships to navigate on complex inland waterways.Raising the target recognition rate of radar can ensure the safety of radar in aspects including navigation avoidance,ship positioning,and narrow water channel pilotage and make ships sail more safely on complex inland waterways.
