摘 要:民办高校青年教师的专业发展需要资金的投入、时间的支持、进修学习的机会、丰富的图书和网络学习资源以及专业的引领,而现实中民办高校青年教师的专业发展却面临诸多矛盾:青年教师专业发展的资金需求与投入不足之间的矛盾,专业发展的时间需要与民办高校工作强度过大之间的矛盾,进修学习的机会需求与学习机会欠缺之间的矛盾,图书和网络学习资源的需要与学校资源不充分之间的矛盾,专业能力欠缺和专业引领不够的矛盾,这是基于民办高校不同利益相关者利益博弈的结果。民办高校青年教师专业发展目标的达成既要求民办高校的投资者树立正确的办学理念,学校管理者建立“用养结合”的教师培养制度,又需要教师提高自主专业发展的意识和能力,同时也需要行政部门加强相关政策的支持和经验借鉴。The professional development of young teachers in private colleges and universities needs the support of funds,the investment of time,opportunities for further study,the enrichment of books and e-learning resources and professional guidance.In reality,the professional development of young teachers in private colleges and universities faces many contradictions:the contradiction between the capital demand and insufficient investment in the professional development of young teachers,the contradiction between the time need for professional development and the excessive work intensity of private colleges and universities,the contradiction between the demand for learning opportunities and the reluctance of schools to provide learning opportunities,the contradiction between the need for professional development books and online learning resources and the insufficient resources of schools,the contradiction between the lack of professional ability and the lack of professional guidance,this is the result of the interest game between different stakeholders in private colleges and universities.Solving the contradiction of teachers'professional development not only requires private college investors to establish a correct school running concept and school managers to establish a management system of“the combination of employment and cultivation”,but also requires teachers to improve their awareness and ability of independent professional development.At the same time,it also requires the education administrative department to strengthen the support of relevant policies and learn from successful experience.
