摘　　要：为了更好地规范整个医院人力资源管理,提升效率,促进医院向现代化、管理化、智能化、数字化方向发展,文章开发了一款基于J2EE架构的医院人力资源管理系统。在J2EE架构与相关关键技术基础上,从系统需求、总体架构、功能模块及数据库等方面探讨了人力资源管理系统开发和实施,最后对系统进行了实验检测。检测结果说明,该系统能够稳定运行,完全可以满足当前医院人力资源管理需求。系统正式投入医院应用后,不但提升了医院管理工作效率,而且使得全医院各科室实现人力资源共享。In order to better standardize the human resource management of a hospital,promote its efficiency improvement,and realize the development of the hospital in the direction of modern management,intelligence,and digitalization,A hospital human resource management system based on the J2EE architecture is developed.The article discusses and implements the development of the system in terms of system requirements,overall architecture,functional modules,and databases.Finally,the system is tested for experiments.The test results show that the system can run healthy,can fully meet the current needs of hospital human resource management.After the system is officially put into hospital application,it can not only improve the efficiency of hospital management,but also enable the sharing of human resources in all departments of the hospital.
